The two permanent bulkheads were installed, then the chine logs were slipped in and epoxied in place. The straight midsection can be seen.

The 1/2" bottom panel took 2-1/2 sheets of ply and was scarfed in place on the assembly. The chines and stem were then taped before glassing the bottom.

I used 6 oz. cloth on the side panels, but the bottom is expected to see rugged service, so it got two overlapping layers of 10 oz. cloth. Here, the hull is sanded, faired, and ready to prime.
