APML'ers at Fussen, Germany

On 28 Sept 00, we met up with Aike Voelker of Frankfurt, in order to try some star trails shots over Neuschwanstein Castle near Fussen, Germany.  The photo was taken by the "Bavarian man on the bridge," a fellow in full traditional garb who, for a donation, will take your picture in front of the castle.  Quite a racket, eh?  From left to right in this shot are Aike Voelker, Nancy Kolb, and the author.

And just to prove to Aike that I did indeed find a nice hat in Munich.....
